Getting your fan pass onto your phone
Your digital fan pass is the only way into a Clay Aiken VIP Experience: our team scans it on your phone at the door, and nothing else. This page walks you through getting it onto your phone — it takes about two minutes.
Before you start
Do this on the phone you will bring to the event. The link in your email makes the pass and puts it on whichever device opens it.
Reading your email on a computer? Find the square code in the email and point your phone’s camera at it — tap the link that appears and carry on from your phone. Or forward the email to yourself and open it on your phone.
iPhone
- On your iPhone, tap the button in the email. It opens in Safari.
- Tap Add to Apple Wallet, then Add in the top right corner.
- Open the Wallet app. Your Front Row pass is there, with your name on it.
Did the link open inside Facebook, Instagram or Gmail’s own window, and nothing happened? Tap the ⋯ menu in the corner and choose Open in Safari (or Open in external browser), then try again. Apple Wallet only works from the real Safari.
Android
- On your Android phone, tap the button in the email.
- Tap Add to Google Wallet, then Save.
- Open the Google Wallet app. Your Front Row pass is there, with your name on it.
No Google Wallet app? Install it from the Play Store first (it is free), then tap the link in the email again.
Already have a Front Row pass with no name on it?
Tap the button in the email on that phone. It puts your name on the pass you already have instead of making a second one.
Check it worked
Open your Wallet. The pass shows your name and your fan number. That is what we scan at the door — so keep your phone charged and have the pass open before you reach the front.
Still stuck?
Write to vi*****@*******en.com with your name, whether you have an iPhone or Android, and what you saw on the screen. We will get it onto your phone with you before the doors open — we cannot make an exception at the door.
